Standard Shipping must be off. Turn this off on your TikTok Shop Shipping Options page.
Shipped by Seller must be on. Turn this on in the same place.

Skip this step, and Click & Drop may not get all the order data it needs. Check both settings before you touch the integration itself.

It also helps to log into your TikTok Seller Centre in a separate browser tab first. You'll need to log in partway through setup, so having that ready saves you a step.

Which Royal Mail Shipping Options Work with TikTok Shop?

Only one pair works: Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked. TikTok Shop requires tracked shipping on every order. No exceptions.

Ship with an untracked service instead, such as standard 1st or 2nd Class, and your store risks a penalty under TikTok Shop's Valid Tracking Rate policy. That policy exists so buyers can always see where their order is.
